Cincinnati, OH – A 13-year-old boy was fatally shot Thursday night in Winton Hills, according to the Cincinnati Police Department.
At approximately 9:00 p.m., officers responded to a report of a person down on Dutch Colony Drive.
Upon arrival, police discovered the young victim suffering from a gunshot wound.
