The OHP report states that the Toyota Tundra, driven by 39-year-old Mario L. Villar, pulled out from a stop sign onto the highway and struck the Cadillac SRX, which was driven by 72-year-old Allen G. Rumley. The impact of the crash resulted in fatal injuries to Rumley’s passenger, Stephany Rumley, who was transported to a local hospital but later pronounced dead.
Villar was treated for injuries at a nearby hospital and later released, while Allen Rumley was admitted to OU Health in Oklahoma City, where he was reported to be in stable condition.
