The Northampton County Coroner’s Office has identified the victim of a fatal crash on William Penn Highway as 35-year-old Nicole D. Guzman from Easton. Guzman, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene due to blunt force injuries, with her death ruled accidental.
The crash was discovered around 2 a.m. by a township police officer on patrol. The vehicle, a Nissan Altima, had been traveling eastbound when it veered into the opposite lane and collided with two trees on the north side of the roadway.
