Maldonado-Cruz is described as 5’9” tall, weighing 215 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen driving a gray 2020 Hyundai Elantra with California license plate 8LZD084. Authorities believe he may be attempting to flee toward Mexico, prompting the Amber Alert to cover Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, and Riverside counties.
