Hannah Cobb, a Burke County resident, has been charged with involuntary manslaughter in connection with the shooting death of Telvin Osborne ( Telbo Rackins).
Authorities released her mugshot following the arrest.
What Happened?
According to Burke County Sheriff Alfonzo Williams, the incident happened after a violent fight and a night of drinking.
During a press conference, he warned against the dangers of mixing alcohol and firearms.
“It is reckless to go out, get drunk, and then introduce a firearm into an argument,” he said.
