FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – Authorities are investigating a shooting that occurred at a residence located at 4520 NW 12th Terrace, resulting in three confirmed victims.
Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene, where they discovered two individuals with gunshot wounds lying outside the home upon arrival.
While Fort Lauderdale Police officers secured the perimeter, they began clearing the residence to ensure there were no additional threats or victims inside.
During the sweep, a third gunshot victim was located inside the residence.
Once the scene was deemed secure and all individuals were accounted for, the two initial victims were transported by EMS to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.
The condition of the third victim has not yet been publicly disclosed.
At this time, the circumstances surrounding the shooting remain under active investigation.
Authorities have not released information regarding potential suspects or a motive.
