MONCKS CORNER, SC – Authorities are investigating a double homicide that occurred early Wednesday morning in the Moss Grove Plantation neighborhood.
According to law enforcement officials, the fatal shooting took place around 5:30 a.m. near the intersection of Emerald Isle Drive and Cicadas Song Drive.
Upon arrival, officers discovered two victims deceased at the scene.
Detectives with the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
