
LIBERTY, TX — The Liberty Police Department is investigating the shooting death of Christopher Lynn Pilgreen, a 37-year-old resident of Hull, Texas. Pilgreen was found deceased late Thursday night outside Outlaw Jack’s Bar, located at 3216 Beaumont Avenue in Liberty.
Authorities responded to a 911 call reporting a possible shooting just before midnight on December 12. Upon arriving at the scene, officers discovered Pilgreen lying face down on the concrete outside the bar. Emergency responders pronounced him dead on the scene, with evidence suggesting he had been fatally shot.
