15-year-old shoots and kills mom’s abusive ‘baby daddy’ after he punched her

A 15-year-old boy in Cincinnati is accused of ending his mother’s abusive relationship with her “baby daddy” in a hail of bullets — firing 12 rounds at the man and shooting him dead — after he called the teen’s mom a “ho” and punched her in the face, cops say.
Levonte Hyde, 30, of West Price Hill, was found in the 1600 block of Pasadena Avenue in College Hill at around 12:45 a.m. Thursday after being gunned down by the boy while sitting inside of his car, according to the Cincinnati Police Department.
The woman’s son has been charged with murder.
She has two other kids with Hyde, who is not the father of the alleged shooter.
